Origins As a child, and growing up on a farm, André’s keen sense of adventure coupled with his inquisitive nature, often found him facing unexpected challenges. The art of finding logical solutions for challenges faced (not always conventional) were embraced and taken on with ambitious passion. This farming background and appreciation for the environment, together with the sense of community enjoyed, is very much a driving force behind Andre’s projects today. After studying he returned to the family farm and established successful multi agricultural enterprises on newly acquisitioned farms to reach its full potential and profitability. Always looking for a new challenge, André became interested in Property Investment and Development. Successfully subdividing freehold plots on a 2300ha Estate to developing sectional title schemes in a Private Game Reserve. With his environmental studies and passion for the environment and wildlife, he continues to introduce and integrate eco environmental solutions to all projects tackled.

Vision Passionate about Property Development, André works together and partners with a team of highly motivated and focused individuals. All working towards the same common goal which is driven by a strong instilled sense of community, future developments will be conceptualised to recreate this lifestyle of country living, carefree, respecting and caring for each other, sustainable living, and holistic harmony between nature and man.

Dreams To reinstall family and community values, to re -create the idyllic lifestyle is the basis of all André’s developments. His dream is to achieve this by creating the opportunities, without neglecting his focus on the environment; he takes these challenges and provides solutions. André believes in partnering with identified individuals creating opportunity and thereby empowering them through knowledge, experience and support. The drive behind the commercial developments is to create an environment where needs and requirements have been identified, and to meet them, the required facilities and services are conceptualized, planned and developed to create a stronger community.
